Most of the interview happened on over phone and few on online test. All interview process was very friendly . They ask to me about my current work experience, Educational qualification,expected salary and current salary. I got highest score in all test, they confirm it to me on verbal way. We have long discussion before issue to to me offer letter because of in Bangladesh This company start his business and they select me as finance key person. Most of the meeting is very enthusiastic for both of us.
