First Round:
Had an interview with 2 HRs. This session is getting to know more about you, your interests in general. A get-to-know-you session. You can ask them about the program and they are very kind to share with you more of the IFM programme.
Second Round:
Prepare for a presentation on a case study to 3 managers from different functions and 1 HR will be present as well. 45 mins to prepare, and 15 mins to present. After which, Q&A session with the managers. This session is to test more on your analytical skill sets.
Third Round:
Interview with head of FM.
