Applied online and immediately got an auto-response to take an online psychological test (Pyrametrics) and that exam is literally illegal. They have tests that force someone to press a space bar fast many times. I am not disabled, but someone who is this is a literal test going against disabled persons. By forcing people to take this test they are basically saying "disabled persons not welcome at our company". Hilarious, it's amazing nobody has sued them for this yet. I got through the test half way and quit because this is complete nonsense.
