- got a text from JLL Hr that instead of the position that I apploed for which is conceirge officer, he offered me the Workplace Delivery Manager position
- He explained to me the roles and responsibility of the position offered which I accept since it align with my previous job.
- interview was done via MS teams (video call) and she started with where did I apply, did anyone informed me about the roles and responsibility. Then she explained the roles and responsibility of the position that i am applying for which ks completely different from the explanation of the previous person.
- During the interview process she then discussed the company profile and the interview lasted for 45 minutes.
- The most confusing and i find unprofesional is when she informed me that my back ground is not suitable, as the position that i am applying for is mostly back of the house and i am more suitable for another position which is not available right now. She then asked me few question if the person who contacted me informed me about the division, department etc etc
- There were a lot of confusion on my side that i want to discuss but i decided not to for the reason that as early as this stage, the company itself is already disorganized, unprofesional, and miscommunication between them . What more for the work environment as this represent already the company performance.
- waste of time for both end. In the first place why did they even entertain my application if i am not qualified for the position. Why did they even change the position that i am applying for if my experiences does not meet the standard qualification of the offered position.
