Difficult Interview – Overall Positive Experience – No – Sat, 30 May 2015
Interviewed May 2015(took 28 days)
There were a total of 3 interviews.
First: Conducted by 2 HR personnel
The 2 HR personnel are very friendly and the interview was conducted in a cozy room while we sat on sofas. It feels like a screening session to find out more about the candidate and his qualities.
Second: Conducted by 2 Senior Level Staff in the presence of 1 HR personnel
50 minutes was given to complete a case study with regards to facility management. Following that, I had to present my proposed plan to the 2 Senior Staff. After the presentation, numerous feedback was given based on the presentation.
A regular interview session took place after that.
Toughest of them all. 50 minutes is a really short amount of time to completely grasp the scale of the case study given. Be quick. Organize the information given. Determine your focus and come up with practical and logical solutions.
Purpose of the case study seems to be to determine how the candidate analyzes and resolves problems as well as their ability to work under stress (time constraint).
Third: Conducted by the Head of the Department (Integrated Facility Management)
Final screening session by the Department Head. A really simple screening session to be honest.
